We will become the listed trustee of the plan. (402(a)) We will be the listed administrator of plan 3(16), we will serve as the 3(38) investment fiduciary. The only responsibility you will have to maintain is the timeliness of contributions and the accuracy of census data. We will reconcile your contributions, you just have to permit us the approval to process the contribution timely. We will also request I9 on all employees so that we can make sure the employee data is correct, but you are responsibility for the entry of that data into your payroll system. Contractually we are responsible for everything else, and the best part is normally we can still save you 32% - 65% on all in fees.
